The mix of reportage, week to week narration of events and highlights on a wide range of WWI related topics, plus coverage of centennial connotations has been superlative. Well balanced. excellent content and consistently Good production value. A wonderful source for armchair historians, and teachers and students.

I’m an avid listener of this podcast and appreciate learning about new WWI topics from the numerous guests who are interviewed from week to week. I also feel that we are experiencing history in the making as the WW1CC commemorates the Centennial.

Love all the different topics brought up about the Great War. And what everyone is doing to commemorate it! Definitely a good listen for on your way to work.

I came into the series late and now I can't stop listening! I never knew WWI could be so fascinating. This podcast really humanizes the conflict and makes the war not seem like an obscure conflict from 100 years ago. Great job!

This podcast revives a war and a time that is too often remanded to the b-side of American history. We live in a world shaped by these battles and it would behoove us all to acquire a deeper understanding of this important conflict.

This podcast is an amazing resource for me to use while studying the First World War during my classes at university. Whoever decided to put this podcast together has had a stroke of genius that has saved me a couple times during classes.
