Trinity Mouzon Wofford is a Founder, an innovator who is making wellness more accessible, the youngest Black woman to have products stocked at Sephora, and one of the most patient, down-to-earth, and resilient people we know. She is the Co-Founder & CEO of GOLDE, a brand (with beautiful packaging) that makes superfood for all bodies.

In this episode, Trinity walks us through how getting fired from one of her jobs gave her the push she really needed, the experience of building & bootstrapping a brand with her partner in their early 20s and not really knowing what they were doing, the impact of #BLM on herself, her team, and her business, and how she approaches making her knowledge on entrepreneurship more accessible to everyone. Take out your pen & paper because there’s A LOT of good learnings to take with you in this one!

We’ll also hear from LIVELY Ambassador Zoe Stoller, who is a writer, educator and social work student who shares LGBTQ+ education and mental health visibility with her community, and opens up about vulnerable topics that provide support for herself and others.
