Inspiring story, and I actually enjoy his passion and excitement. But his predictions are far too often wrong (has been predicting stock market crash for years) and he gets too political the latest about THIS administration and then nfl still - I am Republican but let’s be honest - the money printing started under President Trump and inflation was happening no matter who was in office). If I wanted to hear political news, I’d tune into Fox News or CNN. If he wanted to talk about inflation, fine. But to hear about this administration or that, is not why I listen to a real estate podcast. Unsubscribe - disappointing, because I otherwise enjoy him and have learned a lot.

Rod is a legend in this space, and while it’s difficult to determine the “BEST” podcast in any space, it doesn’t get better than Rod. From the expertise he brings to the guests he attracts, this podcast is a must listen to for both new and established investors.

I get something out of every episode— whether it’s mindset and motivation or tangible “how to” knowledge. I love Rod’s energy and his willingness to always be “real”. I started listening to Rod years ago, and I’m embarrassed to say it took me until last year to sign up for his mentorship group. What was I waiting for?!?! His Warriors are ON FIRE — finding deals and making things happen in multifamily. So blessed to now be part of this “team sport” with the amazing people he surrounds himself with. Keep listening — this podcast will introduce you to people and concepts that can change your life.

Rod always brings it. Just listened to the episode with Drew Breneman and have to say without a doubt one of the best episodes yet. Rod has so much enthusiasm and knowledge about real estate. I could not recommend this podcast enough. I barely leave reviews but I rarely go a week without listening to at least a couple episodes.

I love listening to Rods podcast every week. As a mom, wife, and business owner I get so much motivation and encouragement from his podcasts. He brings amazing speakers on that provide so much value. As a leader, it’s important to fill my bucket and Rod helps with that. He helps educate and I’m so thankful for the help to build a legacy for my family!

Rod really brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Each episode he interviews the most inspiring and impressive experts in real estate investing. Definitely worth a listen if you are thinking about getting into real estate investing!

I use to enjoy this podcast, but lately he’s rubbed me the wrong way with all of the political comments. Would love it if he can keep the politics out of it and stick to the education.

This is such a powerful podcast episode, for anyone who is struggling to fully take the leap of faith and invest in syndications full time because they are fearful of the “unknown outcome”. Amazing success tips!

I like the information, but please stop doing interviews. It’s obvious you just want to talk about what you know instead of letting them tell their story and information. Just do an individual presentation podcast. You interrupt so much, it aggravates the heck out of me. I get tired of hearing you do it and just shut off the episode.

By far the best podcast to listen to if you want massive lifetime cash flow through investing in real estate. No one comes close! Rod has a heart, for knowledge, and the passion to deliver. You will not be disappointed.

I have listened to a few episodes that were informative but #610 I had to stop listening. He interrupted the guest so many times I felt bad for the guy. It felt that he had better say his sentence quick before he got interrupted every minute. So annoying. And how about every episode not saying your guests “Introduce yourself better than I did”. So lazy. How about doing a little doing a little research about them and writing blurb to introduce them? It probably would make a good way to begin the podcast.

There are way too many interruptions from the host. It’s borderline unbearable at times. Great content though.

the content is really honest and valuable!

Host talks quite a bit, even interrupts guest several times in the middle of a sentence or explanation. Episode #535 was ended by the host so abruptly that I felt bad for the guest. The guest was gracious which made it a bit less awkward but sheesh! You might want to give your guest a 2-3 minute warning.

So so so many interruptions by Rod. Let the guests get a thought out!

I’ve been listening to Rod’s podcast for over a year. Even if you are not investing in multifamily, you will learn something. For example, his latest episode with Jordan Harbinger, focused on networking, had incredible insights that anyone can put into use right away.

Just started tuning in as I’m getting interested & closer to purchasing my first asset. So at this point I’m trying to get the most information & learn as much as I can from other experience. This podcast gives you all the tools, so thank you guys & girls!

Stepped into true wealth after listening to multiple episodes - take massive action

A little condescending, very little understanding of COVID, and can’t interview his hosts without interrupting. Much of it is an ad for his paid virtual trainings.

Could not get through even one episode - it was just one giant sales pitch for his speaking conferences.

Rod is phenomenal at interviewing his guests with relevant and insightful question and answer format. He also emphasizes on many aspects involving your mindset, which I value immensely. Thank you for being a creator and helping others on their journey Rod Khleif. I’m grateful for your podcast and look forward to new episodes.

The information that Rod provides, along with his guest is really valuable. However, because he continues to interrupt his guest when they’re speaking and talks over them, it makes it hard to listen to. He doesn’t do it in a malicious or mean way, he’s just very passionate.

You can tell Rod is such a genuine guy trying his best to give as much value as possible. I’ve learned so much from his podcast and continue to learn every single week. The motivational episodes are definitely something a little different too that can give your day a little boost.
