Episode 306: Becoming the Successful Latina She Never Saw Growing Up with Babba Rivera
Babba Rivera, Founder & CEO of Ceremonia, is a hustler who tells it like it is. Being born in Chile and growing up in Sweden, Babba often felt like an outsider, but today, she credits that upbringing with giving her the tools she needed to become successful. Aspiring entrepreneurs and Small Biz Owners, take notes on this one! A few months in, she decided to quit this steady job despite being on a work visa and without having much savings, in order to launch her own marketing agency.
